- Abstract
The article discusses the re-conceptualization of law, responsibility and regulation in Australia. It examines the potential of regulation to pursue fairness as well as its conception to prove that law offers collective guides to behavior of agencies and institutions or individuals. It highlights the need to recognize the source of an idea to create responsible theory. It mentions the ability of critical pedagogy to improve students' knowledge to understand institutional conditions that affect their lives. It adds that critical thinking allows students' participation on discussions related to political and social issues.
