- Abstract
The article focuses on the concept of evolution of murderabilia, collectors of notorious killers, with relevance to the laws that affect third parties of murderabilia sellers. It discusses enactment of the California's statute, Son of Sam laws passed by the New York legislature for preventing David Berkowitz, a serial killer, to sell his story rights to media. It analyzes that policies behind regulation of the murderabilia market are complex and the receive improper response.
