An essay on administrative structure at issue in "Free Enterprise Fund" in the U.S. is presented. It explores the realistic account on the ways that such structure has actually functioned in the practice and the role played by the Supreme Court in providing a unique and a long-established structure of financial regulation. Further, it also highlights the unique set of public-private regulatory structures which characterize the financial regulation in the country since 1930s.
