- Abstract
The article focuses on the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) which is a civil rights legislation in the United States. The law seeks to create changes in every facet of the lives of people with disabilities. The act's employment law provisions is the most written about and litigated of the three major Titles of the act. The article also offers suggestions to improve the private and public enforcement of Titles II and III of the ADA.
