- Abstract
On slitlamp evaluation, right eye cornea showed multiple, large grayish-white, greasy and coalesced deposits over corneal endothelium occupying inferior half of cornea suggestive of mutton-fat keratic precipitates (KPs) arranged in a triangular fashion(Figure1). CLINICAL PICTURE Mutton-fatkeraticprecipitatesandtuberculosis A 35-year-old woman, presented to ophthalmology outpatient department with blurring of vision in right eye of 15 days duration. Slit-lamp photograph of right eye under diffuse illumination shows multiple, large, grayish-white, greasy, coalesced deposits over corneal endothelium occupying inferior half of cornea, arranged in a triangular fashion characteristicofmutton-fatKPs.
