El mundo urbano y globalizado: Implicaciones para la iglesia.

- Abstract
The church must plan its ministries for today's urban and globalized world. Our megacities are characterized by multi-ethnicity, lack of community, poverty, and worldwide interconnection. The church should pray for the cities, reach their varied ethnicities, create community-oriented programs, and attack the worst effects of urban poverty, such as drug addiction, prostitution, and the lack of housing, work, and clean drinking water. In light of these challenges, the urbanization of our theological education is urgent. Two means by which globalization has favored foreign missions are international flights and the internet.
