- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 48-year-old male patient with known coronary artery disease and chest pain was admitted to the cardiology department. The article discusses the treadmill exercise stress test revealed horizontal ST segment depression measuring 1 mm in the inferior leads; and the coronary angiogram scans demonstrated that the left anterior descending (LAD) coronary artery continued to stretch into the posterior interventricular groove.
