- Abstract
Alexandre Troelnikov et al. explained basophil reactivity in patients with PEG allergy,3 this agrees with our results. The value of the basophil activation test in the evaluation of patients reporting allergic reactions to the BNT162b2 mRNA COVID-19 vaccine. We thank Perkins et al. for their comments1 and acknowledge that further studies related to the basophil response are warranted.
