- Abstract
In this article, the author offers information on the issue of gender disparity. He discusses the different approaches to think about the issue of gender disparities at the executive level ranks of the U.S. corporations. He also explains the ways that could be employed to frame the role of women in corporate executive leadership structure. It suggests more research on the relationship among team production, gender and performance in making decisions.
