- Abstract
The article focuses on court cases and legal developments related to federal practice law in the U.S. It highlights about the court case Wallace v. ConAgra Foods Inc., where consumers filed a putative class action in courts of Minnesota asserting various state law claims arising out of alleged mislabelling of Kosher food. It also discusses the ruling of the U.S. Supreme Court for a case, Octane Fitness LLC v. ICON Health & Fitness Inc., which warrants an award of attorney's fees.
