- Abstract
The article presents case report of a patient who suffered cervical myelopathy due to calcification of the posterior atlantoaxial membrane associated with generalized articular deposition of calcium pyrophosphate dihydrate. Neurological examination revealed hyperreflexia of all four extremities, disturbance of discrete movement of bilateral hands, and bilateral positive Babinski signs.
