- Abstract
In order to ensure the correct engagement of gear and rack, keep the driving safe and stable, prolong the service life of structure, it is necessary to analyze the stress of the connection parts. In this paper, ABAQUS is used to establish rack railway model on the 250‰ slope subgrade and racksleeper-track slab model. The stress of connection part, the longitudinal resistance of fastener and the resistance of joint bar are analyzed. The results show that the stresses of fasteners and joint bars are mainly distributed in the range of 76~177 MPa and 50~115 MPa, and the maximum stress is 303. 7 MPa and 197. 9 MPa respectively. Therefore, steels with yield strength of 400 MPa or above can be used. The bolt stresses of fasteners and joint bars are mainly distributed in 144. 8 ~ 253. 2 MPa and 50 ~ 115 MPa, and the maximum stress is 433. 8 MPa and 274. 7 MPa respectively, so 8. 8-grade bolts can meet the requirements. The longitudinal resistance curve of fastener can be divided into three stages of linear stage, yield stage and platform stage, and the longitudinal resistance is about 310 kN. For the joint bar, the resistance generated by a bolt is half of the tension provided by it. When the M22 of 8. 8 grade bolt is used, the resistance of joint bar is 63 kN.
