- Abstract
In order to study the load transfer performance and influencing parameters of the seams of the prefabricated road base, the static loading test of the prefabricated base was designed. The load transfer performance of the prefabricated base seams of the test structure under the action of different load levels was analyzed, and a three-dimensional finite element model was established to verify the test results. Based on the finite element analysis results and the experimental results, the finite element analysis method was used to analyze the influencing parameters of the load transfer performance of the prefabricated base. The effects of precast panel concrete strength grade, grouting material elastic modulus, and load grade on the load transfer performance in the driving direction were studied under two loading conditions. The results showed that the precast panel concrete strength grade had a greater influence on the load transfer performance than the grouting material strength grade; the load transfer performance of double-point loading was better than that of single-point loading. The elastic modulus of the prefabricated base seam grouting material decreased from 32 500 MPa to 22 500 MPa, which would increase the strain of the seam and reduce the load transfer performance between the precast panels. As the load increased, the load transfer performance of the seams of the prefabricated base layer decreased, the seam strain and seam deflection increased, and the overload situation needed to be strictly controlled.
