- Abstract
The working principle of CO2 indicator packaging was described, and the research results and application status of CO2 indicator packaging in food quality monitoring were summarized. Some developmental suggestions were put forward for the existing problems, such as improving the stability of natural dyes, reducing production costs and expanding the scope of application, in order to provide theoretical reference for the application and promotion of CO2 indicator packaging in food quality detection.
