- Abstract
The article discusses two joined cases involving Google Inc. and its plaintiffs claiming their right to be forgotten. The cases are special because they fall under a secretive procedure for the reason of protecting the forgetting and by not putting the individuals in the limelight just because they decided to go to court with their issue. It discusses the decision of the High Court in the said cases.
