- Abstract
This article provides information on several research in progress on human resources, personnel and organizational behavior, as of April 1992. They include research on works councils, research on maximizing group performance for nonsummative interdependent tasks, a survey of organizational substance abuse programs in reunited Germany, a research on performance orientation, a research on the role of locus control in the burnout process, a research on the ethics of source attribution, and a research on national and international pay strategies of large corporations.
