- Abstract
In order to effectively integrate the large number of individual fishing vessel radar resources dispersed in the sea, this paper presents a method for dynamic obstacle avoidance connectivity of fishing vessels in different regions by using dynamic networking. First of all, from the perspective of data fusion, the feasibility and necessity of the dynamic networking of civilian fishing vessels are briefly demonstrated. Then, each fishing vessel is regarded as a node equipped with sensors. By improving the minimum spanning tree method in graph theory and considering the presence of obstacles in the ocean, the " small fishing fleet" distributed in various regions is dynamically networked so as to achieve obstacle avoidance connection. This method can effectively organize and fuse individual data, and greatly expand the capability of detecting, monitoring and analyzing the situation in relevant sea areas. The model designed conforms to the actual situation of the sea area and can provide theoretical support for the actual work. The simulation results prove the effectiveness of the algorithm.
