- Abstract
The article "Workshop Mathematics Teaching Tasks in Dialogue I" discusses the diversity and use of mathematical tasks in teaching. The authors, Brigitte Lutz-Westphal and Patrick Kolb, engage in a correspondence about an interesting task idea in which the numbers of a sequence are formed and doubled. They discuss various variations and emphasize the importance of inquiry-based learning. In another part of the article, the mathematics board game GANITA is introduced, which contains various mathematical tasks and aims to promote enjoyment of mathematics. The game is available for free printing and can also be purchased, with all proceeds going to the student competition "Maths in Advent".
