- Abstract
The article presents a study which evaluated the clinical utility of home spirometry as an alternative to hospital spirometry in participants with fibrotic interstitial lung disease (ILD) using data from the multicenter It's Not Just Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Study (INJUSTIS). Topics include baseline characteristics of the patients, correlation and interobserver reliability between home and hospital spirometry for corresponding time points, and limitations of the study.
