- Abstract
The article focuses on the papers of the journal "Conservation Biology," titled "The Ecological Effects of Salvage Logging after Natural Disturbance." The author pointed out that natural disturbance enhance ecological processes and biodiversity and can recreate some of the structural complexity and landscape heterogeneity of forests. He said that the papers provide a strong argument for increased research and monitoring on the effects of natural disturbances and disturbance logging on forest.
