- Abstract
Decoupling: Gender Injustice in China's Divorce Courts. Ke Li's I Marriage Unbound i and Ethan Michelson's I Decoupling i both tackle the intersections between gender inequality, judicial bureaucracy, and politics in the present-day People's Republic of China (PRC).
