- Abstract
In the curriculum of the initial training of teachers of FLE at the University of Pedagogy of Ho Chi Minh City, future teachers are expected to write at two different times on their professional activity: one before the course and the other after the internship. Why write future teachers about their practices and/or the practices of others? What does the act of writing in teacher training mean? What devices lend themselves to writing practice and at what point in the training? The article aims to find some answers and to demonstrate the impact of writing practice on the construction and evolution of professional identity.
