- Abstract
The article reports on clinical and follow-up data of 16 patients with a diffuse large-cellular follicle cell lymphoma of the skin. Ten males and six females, with diffuse large-cellular center cell lymphoma confined to the skin, were referred to the Dutch Cutaneous Lymphoma Working Group. Histologically, these lymphomas showed non-epidermotropic diffuse dermal infiltrates predominantly composed of centroblasts and/or large centrocytes, which expressed monotypic surface immunoglobulin, Bi and/or HLA-DR antigens. Clinically, these patients presented with nodular or tumorous skin lesions, which were often confined to a rather circumscribed skin area.
