The article discusses the claims filed by David Wolfson Living Trust on the alleged common law and statutory causes against StockCross Financial Services Inc. and brokers Thomas Cooper and Peter Boorn. It states that the claimant likes to have punitive and treble damages, return of commissions and fees paid, and attorney fees and costs. It adds that Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) decided that the respondents withheld documents and information which were asked by the claimant.
