- Abstract
The article discusses the decision of the German Federal Constitutional Court on holding the participation of Germany in the Euro rescue package. It says that the court stressed the parliament's budgetary responsibility which cannot be delegated to the government. It mentions that the court follows jurisprudence due to vested legislative and budgetary powers in the parliament.
