- Abstract
In order to accelerate the realization of the goals of flexible rotor spinning process digitalization of processing processand. intelligent control mode, the CNC three-channel rotary spinning system was constructed and developed independently* The composition of the system was introduced* The working principle of its mechanical system, drive system and servo control system, and the mechanism and method of flexible control of yarn structure parameters were presented* Then, the verified spinning test was carried Out by using the optimal system operating parameters and yarn forming process parameters. The structure, mechanical properties and appearance quality of the yarn were tested and. analyzed- The results show that when the fiber mixing ratio is 0. 3 : 0. 35 : 0. 35, the draft ratio is 1. 15 , and the speed ratio of the winding roller to the guide roller is 1. 01, the strength of the blended yarn is 9.53 cN/tex, the coefficient of variation of single yarn breaking strength is 8.76%, and the number of hairiness above 4 mm is 17* 5 pieces/(10 m). It has good mechanical properties and. evenness y with less hairiness, and the coefficient of variation of strength, single yarn breaking strength and strip evenness all reaches the second-class quality standard, of FZ/T 12001-2015 n Spinning Cup spun Cotton Grey Yarn". Therefore the CNC three channel rotor spinning system can not only control the yarn structure parameters, but also effectively improve the yarn quality.
