- Abstract
In the process of dyeing wool fiber black using reactive dyes, the amount of dyes is large, the process time is long, the damages of hand feeling, luster and strength of the fiber are greatly, and the color fastness is low. To solve the above problems, wool fiber was dyed with reactive dye Lannerin, the dosage and addition method of rare earth were analyzed, and single factor optimization and analysis were carried out. It is found that the optimal rare earth deepening process is determined as adding 2%(owf)rare earth at the same bath dyeing holding time of 35 min. The result of the effect of the deepening temperature of the deepening agent on the K/S value show that under the deepening treatment temperature of 45 ℃, 90 # resin deepening dyeing process is the optimal deepening dyeing process. On this basis, the relevant performance tests and comparative analysis were carried out on the conventional dyeing process, the optimal deepening process of rare earth and the optimal deepening process of deepening agent. Finally, the optimal deepening dyeing process of wool fiber was obtained.
