The article focuses on the rediscovery of nullification and succession in the U.S political rhetoric in the twenty-first century. Topics discussed include attempt of Missouri's Governor Jay Nixon to nullify federal gun-control laws, an act relating to state sovereignty and health and safety passed by the Idaho House of Representatives and the Patient Protection and Affordable Health Care Act of 2010. Other topics include judicial supremacy and the Federal Health Care Nullification Act.
