- Abstract
This article discusses running as a cardiovascular exercise and cautions runners to examine which style of running is right for them. The article discusses running styles including the basic run gait, heel-toe striking, midfoot striking, forefoot striking, and the pose method. Drawings of running positions are also presented, which illustrate the position of the body alignment.
