- Abstract
The article presents a research done by the researchers at the University of California's Cooperative Extension (UCCE) in Berkeley, California into the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) of the government of the U.S. to determine 19 farm produce items which can be promoted in a possible new farm-to-WIC program. According to the research, the farm produce items includes, cantaloupe, carrot, and collards.
