- Abstract
The article discusses the court case Patagonia v. Trump, wherein clothing company Patagonia claims violations of the Antiquities Act and the U.S. Constitution's separation of powers doctrine and Take Care Clause. Issues tackled are organizational injury, organizational standing, third-party standing and associational standing under Article III of the U.S. Constitution's Bill of Rights, status of Patagonia as a public benefit corporation and its diversion of resources for its advocacy efforts.
