- Abstract
The article presents information on a study which examined the synthesis and photopolymerization behavior of two urethane poly(ethylene oxide) dimethacrylates based on polyester diol of variable length as comonomers for dental composites. It describes the synthesis of urethane dimethacrylate oligomers. It also explores the structure of the acrylic monomers used in the formulation of composite resins. It also discusses the evolution of the transformation degree with ultraviolet irradiation time for the acrylic function in the photopolymerizable mixtures.
