- Abstract
The article presents research on the quantitative diffusion imaging of adipose tissue in the human lower leg. It relates that the development and application of diffusion-weighted spin-echo-planar imaging was for assessing diffusion coefficients of adipose tissue in human lower leg using a 1.5-T whole-body magnetic resonance (MR) scanner. It tells that apparent diffusion coefficients (ADC) maps of adipose tissue in the human lower leg were derived for diffusion encoding along orthogonal spatial directions.
