- Abstract
The Neogene Guantao Formation in the Liuguanzhuang area is an important oil and gas reservoir in the Qinan sub-sag of the Huanghua Depression. Using core, logging, mud logging and seismic data, the sedimentary characteristics and controlling factors of braided river-meaning river (braided-curved) microfacies of fluvial facies in the third member of Guantao Formation (Guan 3 Member) in the study area were discussed. The results show that: the third member of Guanzhuang in Liuguanzhuang area can identify massive bedding conglomerate facies, trough cross-bedding conglomerate facies, tabular cross-bedding sandstone facies, parallel bedding sandstone facies, massive bedding sandstone facies, trough-like facies There are 7 types of lithofacies of cross-bedded sandstone facies and massive bedded mudstone facies; the logging curves mainly show 5 types of box-shaped, bell-shaped, box-bell-shaped combination, finger-shaped and linear; There are 6 sedimentary microfacies of beach bar, flood plain, meandering channel, point bar and overflowing sand; the third member of Guan 3 in the study area has a vertical pattern of "braided first and then curved", and the plane is "braided in the east and curved in the west, and braided in the south and curved in the north". Characteristics: Braided river sand bodies are developed in the vertical center of the beach bar, the channel is frequently eroded and deposited, and the two are superimposed in multiple stages to form a large-scale composite sand body and constitute the main reservoir of the third member of the Guan third member, and the meandering river vertical sand body is developed in isolation., the horizontal continuity is poor. Among the controlling factors of river type transformation in the study area, the abundant provenance supply near the paleo-uplift and the tectonic action formed a steep terrain slope, and the sand-controlling effect of the slope formed by the two influenced the deposition of braided rivers in the early stage of Guan 3 and the braided rivers in the middle and late stages. The transition from a mean river to a meandering river; the transition of the paleoenvironment from wet to dry under the influence of the paleoclimate and the cyclical rise of the base level are coupled, which play an auxiliary role in the transition from braid to meander. The results have guiding significance for clarifying the formation factors of fluvial reservoirs in Liuguanzhuang Oilfield and guiding the exploration and development of the same type of oil and gas.
