- Abstract
Targeted at the problems of high labor intensity, low work efficiency and high safety risk in the dismantling oflower center plate bolts of railway wagon bogies at present, after investigation and research, we have designed a technical scheme of fully automatic dismantling of the lower center plate bolts based on the integrated bolt dismantling system, which takes six-axis industrial robot as the tool driving carrier and the gantry frame as the overall layout structure. This paper introduces the key technologies involved in the device, such as grating projection three-dimensional measurement, spatial positioning algorithm, automatic identification, etc. It also describes in detail the system composition, functional characteristics of the visual automatic positioning compensation, robot tool quick change, integrated bolt dismantling device etc., and the application and testing of the trial prototype on site. It also forecasts the application prospect and promotion value of the bolt intelligent dismantling device, which has important reference significance for the intelligent construction of wagon maintenance equipment.
