The focus of the study is the trial of Jesus Christ, with emphasis on the means of proof presented in it. The author analyses and evaluates the means of proof set against the Saviour at different stages of the prosecution, in different places (before the Sanhedrin, the vicar, and Pilate). The question to be examined is whether all this could have justified the judgment or whether Jesus was a victim of a conceptual, conspiracy-based lawsuit.
