- Abstract
In this study, 2-hydrazineylbenzothiazole was synthesized by reacting 2-Mercaptobenzothiazole with N2H4 in ethanol as a solvent. All structures were characterized using spectroscopic techniques such as FTIR, ¹H-NMR, and 13C-NMR. The molecular docking showed the inhibitory activity of the synthesized compounds (B1, B2) and (T1, T2) in the activity of the enzyme lactate dehydrogenase (LDH). All Schiff base and tetrazole derivatives showed enzyme inhibitory activity. The anticancer activities of the synthesized compounds were evaluated against MCF-7 strains of human breast cells.
