- Abstract
In order to find a rapid method for the direct detection of heavy metals in Chinese herbal medicine, an energy dispersion-X-ray fluorescence spectrometry method was established. The method for rapid detection of heavy metals cadmium, lead, copper elements in Chinese herbal medicines by the energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was established. The results show that the sample can be completed within 20 minutes by tablet pressing method, and the detection limit of the method were cadmium 0. 072 mg/kg, lead 21 mg/kg, copper 0.34 mg/kg, compared with atomic absorption and ICP-MS, the data stability and accuracy are good, this method has the advantages of fast, accurate and simple, can mee t the limi t requirements of heavy metal elements in the pharmacopeia, and it is suit able for on-si te rapid detection and quality contro.
