- Abstract
Teachers' work pressure is an important factor that affects the quality of teaching and the implementing effect of the " double reduction" policy. The " double reduction" policy not only reduces the burden of students, but also poses new challenges to teachers, and makes teachers face greater time pressure, work task pressure, emotional pressure and professional development pressure. Educational administrative departments and schools should strengthen ideological guidance to help teachers actively face new requirements and challenges, pay attention to psychological counseling to help teachers through the period of reform anxiety, strengthen professional guidance to improve teachers' ability to cope with the change, and construct a systematic support system and jointly overcome the implementing difficulties of the "double reduction" policy to reduce the burden on teachers.
