The article presents a case study of a 45-year-old lady presented with an incarcerated hernia of Morgagni and past history for Marfan syndrome, aortic valve regurgitation and major depression. It discussed her symptoms like epigastric pain, nausea and vomiting and clinical examination represents epigastric tenderness with voluntary guarding; and highlights the role of laparoscopic Morgagni for hernia.
