- Abstract
Pesticide residues are an important factor affecting the quality and safety of vegetables in China.The article took broccoli as the research object and carried out dynamic tests on the residues of three triazole pesticides in broccoli, including difenoconazole, tebuconazole, and myclobutanil. Established a GC-MS method for the determination of three triazole pesticide residues in broccoli, and carried out a dietary exposure risk assessment of broccoli residues. The results showed that based on the existing dietary intake data calculations, broccoli production is in progress. The use of difenoconazole and myclobutanil should be controlled, and it is recommended to set a safe interval of 28 days or more; it is recommended to further evaluate the risk of using tebuconazole in broccoli production.
