- Abstract
The article reports on the delayed South African (SA) conditional loan amounting 2.4 billion rands (R) in Swaziland. It says that the economic crisis in the country is getting more desperate as the loan lies in limbo. It states that the loan will be released in three tranches from the SA Reserve Bank to the Central Bank of Swaziland (CBS). It adds that the loan stipulates the country to undertake confidence-building measures.
