- Abstract
The authors Hugh Sinclair and Matthew Gamser discusses whether financial inclusion should be part of the next set of Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). Sinclair highlighted the statement of Ban Ki-moon, Secretary General of the United Nations, that MDGs has been the most successful international anti-poverty effort in history.
