- Abstract
The article discusses a study which examined the integrgroup social contention over the Memorandum of Agreement initiated by the Government of the Republic of the Philippines (GRP) and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF). It describes the Mindanao conflict in the Philippines, which focuses on territorial contestations between the Christian GRP and various Moro nationalist groups. The authors describes the MOA debate as a contentious intergroup political conversation.
