The article describes the case of prurigo pigmentosa-like persistent papules and plaques in a patient with adult-onset Still's disease (AOSD). The patient presented with fever, sore throat, arthralgia and itching skin eruptions for more than two weeks. The article discusses the characteristics of AOSD, the clinical management of the patient and patient outcome.
