- Abstract
The article focuses on some tax-related issues raised by the transfer or assignment of executives between Great Britain and the U.S. It discusses general issues applicable to foreign mobile executives in either of these countries as well as particular issues affecting executives leaving their home country for a temporary international assignment overseas. Among these issues are culture and financial prominence, constant high-level managerial and executive talent flow, and common language.
