Light-emitting diode, nanomorphology, transparent conductive electrode, zinc oxide The cover depicts: forming NWN structure by evaporating a solvent from ZnO-sol spin-coated on LED wafer using thermal heating process, and a schematic diagram of light escape comparing the light extracted from NWN structure and smooth surface of the LED.
