The article focuses on the laws governing children access to online pornography in the U.S. Topics discussed include financial incentives implemented to the Internet Service Providers and Mobile Data Providers providing default filtering; court cases American Civil Liberties Union v. Mukasey and Reno v. American Civil Liberties Union on the same; and enactment of Communications Decency Act and Child Online Protection Act for governing the same.
