The article focuses on the U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act (USCSLC) which mentions the creation of private property rights . Topics discussed include development of the space industry by giving rights to commercial actors, analyzing USCSLC in compliance with international law and outer space treaty; and examining the right to freedom from harmful interference in legislative drafting process and comparing it with previous quazi property rights.
