- Title
Whose Birth Is It Anyway?
- Authors
Davies, Mia
- Abstract
The article discusses the author's experience of assisting a mother in delivering a breech baby in Great Britain. The author planned to give her patient an informed choice in delivering her baby and then carry out her care according to her wishes. However, the author felt cheated and thought that the patient was also cheated for not having the birth she wanted. The author also felt angry about the underhand tactics that were being used by the doctors during the delivery process.
